Xclave articlesContent. We promise you nothing but content. And if you stop to think about it, what would a real site be without articles? (It's rhetorical - a site without articles would be a porn site.) Over time, we hope that this section will be filled to the brim with insightful articles and editorials which will touch upon many topics of concern to professionals, educators, network administrators, and home users. We'll be using this section to quash myths, tackle serious issues of the time, and make sense of some pretty weird stuff. And if the MacOS X Talk listserv is a preview of the MacOS X community, then we will have our work cut out for us. :) We will not fall into ruts and whine about things we cannot change. We will not bring you an endless parade of everything that is wrong with OS-centric thought patterns. Our efforts are squarely focused on delivering informative and substantive pieces. Some may very well be history lessons, or some will end up being big soapboxes. However, our articles will never be pure pom-pom fluff. The only fluff we can stand around here are fluffy towels. If you would like to submit a piece, please contact us at xclave@macnn.com. We do reserve the right to refuse to publish articles, or to edit submitted work. Don't take that as elitist we aim for quality more than quantity at all costs! And that's just the start of it allOver the next few weeks we will be adding some more articles by some different authors, so keep looking. Some topics to look for include:
So, just remember that we're not just resting on our laurels around here. We are definitely committed to making this site the best it can be, and we will be doing everything that can be done to suit all of your needs. |
